Want to Get Out of Your Sprint-Nextel Contract? Call Them!

I just read this amusing news story about Sprint-Nextel canceling contracts on customers who call them excessively. They even waived the final balances and they are giving the pesky customers 30 days to transfer their phone numbers to another carrier.

I have a Nextel plan and if I’d known calling them a lot would get me out of my contract I would have done it! (jk) I’m still waiting out my contract and I’ve actually stopped calling them for any reason to avoid getting more years added on. I’ve mentioned this before on this blog as well as how to by trade off your plan and how to save money by keeping track of your minutes via your computer.
