A six million dollar tiara was sold at Christie’s auction house in Hong Kong last Wednesday. But it wasn’t the tiara that was worth so much money, it was the shield shaped diamond embedded in it. The 101 carat diamond is flawless and colorless. It’s size has been compared with a ping pong ball, a squash ball and a quail egg. The winner of the auction remains anonymous.
