5th Suspect Charged in the Murder of Sean Taylor

Another suspect has been charged with the murder of Washington Redskins star player Sean Taylor. Sixteen-year-old Timothy Brown (pictured) has been charged with 1st degree murder and armed burglary of an occupied dwelling. Other defendants include Eric Rivera Jr.,17; Charles Wardlow,18; Jason Mitchell,17; and Venjah Hunte, 20. Venjah Hunte has recently agreed to a plea bargain that includes testifying against his co-defendants for a mere 29 years in prison.

The suspects in this case cannot be given the death penalty because the alleged shooter (Eric Rivera Jr.) was a minor when the murder took place. The trial is set to begin on August 25th.
